  • Processing time may increase during product drops or high-demand periods



You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when it ships.

  • International: 7–15 business days

Shipping Rates



Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Carrier rates






Tracking



Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or SMS (if opted-in).

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update.





Address Accuracy



Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for:


  • Delays due to incorrect addresses
  • Lost packages due to address errors






Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages



  • If a package is marked “delivered” but not received, contact the carrier directly.
